How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours after being placed. Please contact us on Instagram as soon as possible for assistance.
What happens if my package gets lost or delayed?
Once shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the courier. However, we’ll do our best to assist with tracking and concerns regarding your package.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items up to 5 days of receiving your order, subject to review and a valid reason. Please note that sale items, worn or washed pieces, altered garments, and items returned without original tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us up to 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order number so we can assist you immediately.
